Booking Information

Spaces on our Guided Tours are limited so bookings are essential. Please book through our online system and you will be emailed the details about your tour and how to prepare.

Personal Tours

If the tour dates don’t align with your visit, you would like to book a group or would prefer a personalised tour then please let us know. We would be happy to organise something to suit you. Catering options can be included.

Personal tours need to be booked at least 7 days in advance and are subject to availability.

Cancellations and Changes to Bookings

Cancellation and Changes by you:

If you cancel or change your booking more than 48 hours prior to the scheduled tour, any payment made can be refunded minus a $10 administration charge, or credited to another scheduled tour.

If you cancel or change your booking within 48 hours of the tour, you will not be entitled to a refund.

Cancellation by us:

If we cancel the tour due to safety concerns, or in other extreme circumstances, we will refund your payment in full. We will notify our tour visitors as soon as we can and do our best to arrange another tour.

Optional Extras

Accommodation – We have comfortable bunk rooms and self-contained units if you would like to stay in the area. Just let us know when you book your tour and we can check availability for you.
